Tasked with reviewing complete turnover packages for AT&T LTE Program, including internal as well as external deliverables. Responsible for ensuring that Bechtel field personnel and General Contractor provide timely and accurate data. Technical reviews include PIM test, system and antenna sweeps, RET reports, azimuth reading, height verification forms and as-built drawing and RFDS. In addition, reviewed and approved regulatory documentation such as Building Permits, battery disposal paperwork environmental health and safety clearances.

Managed the project technical installation documents (work instructions, MOPS) for the FMS and BTS engineers. Served as point of contact on all issues involving any Closeout or Punch List resolutions.

Part of NSN’s national team to review, approve and submit all Cell Sites Turnover Documents to TMO for final acceptance and acceptance of the site implementation.

 

 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: Project Consultant /Sprint New Vision Project /Overland Contracting /NextGen / Indianapolis – Fort Wayne 5-2012 to 9-2012

Manage all aspects for the construction of cell sites assigned implementing the upgrade of Sprint networks to 4G / LTE technology utilizing Samsung equipment. Duties included site walks with GCs and property owners, CD reviews ensuring compliance of site acquisition requirements and Samsung technical specifications. Responsible for all site BOM development, GC schedules and all individual cell site budgets. Report daily progress of site construction and document the upload into Quick Base for all closeout data.  Daily safety inspections during the construction process along with safety documents submission into Quick Base.

Sprint Network Vision Project

Managed the modernization of Sprint’s network to 4G / LTE / 3G for the cell sites assigned. Tasks included Site Acquisition support, site handler construction milestones updates, bill of materials management, schedule, report ASP material and construction process. Interact with cross functional teams to keep individual sites on schedule & within budget. Assist with telco backhaul design, installation and as-built documentation. Attend meetings and communicate project status progress. Verify closeout and compliance with SOW. Manage ASPs in
